Uncensor is included, but it is optional as it has some problems... the nipples doesn't render with uncensor currently, so you can choose between pussy or nipple I guess >.<

Uncensor i.s selected on a character to character basis, so you can change that in character creator under body.
Remember that uncensor isn't applied by default, you have to apply it first (it's in the optional mods folder), but it has problems still.
@gyakuni the previous version also having that bug too. no idea what really happen, now i will try the vanilla version with no mode to see it also has the same issue or not.
after checked the vanilla version. well.........that face stuck at the same direction bug clearly come from mod. and honestly some mod seem cause fps drop too. however by some reason vanillify the game seem not come with remove mod only. if remove mod it also remove translator too. what should i do ? however i don't understand the second option in vanillify, the one that say remove all betterrepack extra. what is it do ?
*edited* ok my bad the 2nd option in vanillify the game is for remove everything except translator. let sy who having bug right can use that option to clear the bug. at least until it get fixed in later version.

I've gotten reports about this bug, seems to be a base game problem though, so no idea what's causing only some people to experience this.

You can turn off the autotranslator by simply going to /Bepinex/config and editing the 'Language=en' to 'Language=', and then just delete the \Bepinex\Translation folder.
@screwthisnoise: no offense but after i removed everything except translator the bug gone sir. and by some reason some area of game also get a better fps too.

My method:
change every true to false in [TextFrameworks] section in the Bepinex\config\AutoTranslatorConfig.ini file.
But yeah, Language= method will do, to.
By the way, girl appears very tall when chosen to be player character, is this by design, a bug, or mod conflict?

Hey guys I have one question about that I can read Japanese and I want to keep the game modded but turned back to Japanese. Does anyone know how to do that?
Every time I press F11 to screenshot, my game turns into super grey and lower the graphic quality. Is there a way to fix this issue??? I have no trouble like this when I use original AI, but this better pack.
