I repacked the game for smaller download size, added Sybaris II with english translations, plugins and few mods.
There are no presets included in the repack so if you want to download some I suggest http://cm3d2-ntr.tokyo/ .
If your looking for more mods try http://motimoti3d.jp/ download then drop into Mods folder.
This is my first repack of a game this size so hopefully it all works without any issues.

Sybaris seems to be acting up so if you run into trouble download the AIO Sybaris II package from here https://custommaid3d2.com/index.php?downloads/noctsouls-sybaris-for-com3d2.63/ then before installing the new one, go into the AIO Sybaris zip and manually delete everything in the games directory it says in there. Then just extract the one you downloaded to the game directory.
Because of the large size this might take a while to install be warned.

Hi @clementine, thanks for the upload! But for some reason the Translator is not working when booting up the game. But i do see the mods are on the game folder. But it seems its not being detected by the game.
Hi @Jaffe26 not sure why it would be doing that but it could be that you need to be connected to the internet for the auto translate to work. If its not that you could try downloading the AIO Sybaris II package from here https://custommaid3d2.com/index.php?downloads/noctsouls-sybaris-for-com3d2.63/ then extracting it into the games directory replacing everything. Also does a Black box pop up when you run the game?
Hi @clementine, i tried to re-download Sybaris again and looks like it worked, but when starting a new game its just stuck on a black screen. Do you think some mods are not working? Ill try to re-install the game again on the default installation path probably it might have caused this since i placed on a different folder.
@Jaffe26 Glad that worked but shame it stopped working after that. Make sure to remove all old Sybaris files before installing the new one, go into the AIO Sybaris zip and manually delete everything in the games directory it says in there. KISS games can be a fickle thing when installing so I was hesitant to even repack it. Hopefully everthing works out in the end for you.

@clementine. Everything is working now thanks to your help. Again, great job on the repack! Do you happen to know if its possible to bring your maids from the original CM32D to COM3D2?
@Jaffe26 Thanks for your kind words happy its all working. For transferring maids and unlocking all the content from CM3D2. If you still got CM3D2 installed open the COM3D2 launcher and select 互換設定 or Gear Icon > 設定. https://wiki.anime-sharing.com/hgames/index.php?title=File:Com3d2transferdata.jpg . Then go to the compatibility settings (カスタムメイド3D2 互換設定) and choose the directory where CM3D2 is installed. After you are done press 保存 to save your settings https://wiki.anime-sharing.com/hgames/index.php?title=File:Com3d2transfersetting.jpg . I think you can then just hire them for 3000000 but I've never done it myself so not too sure.
@clementine When booting the game the entire UI is still in Japanese. Do I need to do anything to switch to the ENG version?
I am connected to the internet, so that step is complete.

@clementine got my maids transferred to COM3D2, thanks. But looks like game is crashing with 1 of the new maid costume called VRLE. Is this a mod or Vanilla? I wish to somehow delete it.
@Shushmo Thanks I think if I upload an updated version of this I will leave Sybaris separate since it seems to be the main problem. I think it might be missing one judging by a comment on lillys upload but not sure what sorry.
@Jaffe26 I'm sorry not a clue the only thing I could find something about that costume is here https://com3d2-shop.s-court.me/item.php?iid=296 so I think its a dlc item causing the problem.
Mine had the same problem, where the translation did not work initially, but after following what you suggested, it is working normally. Thanks for the repack
