Copy "config" file from "デフォルトsave" folder to "save" folder that should fix it.

Game is broken, don't bother playing. Like the above user mentioned, you have to copy config file for the game to work. Also, you can't save (the function is there but it's broken).

Nah you can save normally, just need to open the game in admin mode. I am opening it in Japanese Unicode for safety tho. Anyway it isn't broke.
