From what I can see according to the results on virus total it's likely a false positive due to the DRM. When a brand new file like this has DRM it tends to get detected as a virus due to the way DRM behaves similar to a virus. You can further back this up by how several of the results on virus total don't specifically name what kind of virus they're detecting but rather mention it's AI detection and other generic heuristics, which tend to be wrong when a file is first seen.
You can see below how the file was first seen only a day ago, generally this means you'll end up with false positives:

@Kokoro thats true but then it's the uploader's best intrest to inform others of this in the description (there are a lot of other cases when this does happen). The "it's likely" still not 100% surety.
The uploader is a long standing provider so yes, most likely, as you said, its just the shitty denuvo's fault, still, im on the better not risk it side.
The bigger question is what's the point of putting up a completely unplayable game? Especially without a giant warning right up front. Yes, there is a warning near the end, which is why I skipped it yesterday, but apparently not everyone noticed that. This is why I generally get from superelmo, because he doesn't post unless it works.
32 malware detected doesn't look like "false positive", lol. I had to format my computer twice before due to my computer getting infected by malware I thought was "false positive", so I'm never taking that risk ever again. As soon as Virus Total detects malware, into the recycle bin in goes.
It's not uncommon in the piracy world to keep the game files downloaded while waiting for a fix.exe.
Just because your anti-virus says something is a virus doesn't necessarily mean that's true. Windows Defender, for example, flags certain known pirated software as viruses. Likewise, just because your anti-virus thinks a file is safe doesn't mean that that's necessarily the case either. Every time you are downloading a random totallysafe.exe from the internet, you are taking a risk because not everyone has the time, skills nor the inclination to examine the assembly code and your anti-virus isn't infallible. If you want to be safe, consider sandboxing, VMs or a separate drive with its own installation of Windows on it.

You're not smart enough to own a computer much less trying to pirate stuff if you can actually manage to get malware over the past decade.
Even my elderly relatives haven't had any issues after I installed adblockers on their browsers.
