I mean, it's a doujin release, which already puts it at a lower level than what some would accept as traditional "hentai". You could call it scraping the bottom of the barrel, but amateur work exists for a bunch of things, forgetting about porn elements. Plus, I've occasionally found works of this kind that are more satisfying than adult anime releases.
Not this one though, I outright hate genshin parodies. Tentacles won't fix that.
