Is that a version with +18 patch applied? You have a habit of posting inferior quality releases (like https://sukebei.nyaa.si/view/4105815 with mosaic censoring, while there's a version released on the same day with the uncensor patch), without making it clear in the description if it's the case.
@whnc8sk6r8mq I don't think I've ever seen girlcelly respond to anyone in the comments section so you're gonna have to wait for someone who downloads this to confirm it for you.
That said, the 3 files that come from the 18+ patch are movie/o3jz87kx.dat, amanatu.pfs.010, and amanatu.pfs.011. These are in the file list and match size with what's in the patch, so probably? If not, you can get it yourself: https://patch.moe/

As what @Chibikika said; girlcelly never responds to any comments made on their torrents mostly because the torrents are posted by a bot and not a real person (they have their own forum to begin with) and they're even known to upload all-ages titles to the wrong section of Nyaa and are always getting away with it, the staff and mods just seem to ignore what they're doing and do nothing when reported.

I am pretty sure everyone with WIN should be capable enough to run it. So I am sure EVERYONE here, or at least, non-newbies, would find it weird that YOU CAN'T. Unless, you're not on WIN...
@uglywolf when i press amanatsu button it says after" CODE 00013 : Please launch the Steam application" thats why i am asking other gircerlly tor are ok but this one doesnt.

...Bad joke aside (you're probably basic windows literate), the error sounds like the steam handshake bypass isn't working, which might actually be an issue of if you have steam on your computer in the first place and/or if it's in working condition. At least, when I had a similar issue some few years back, that ended up being the cause (steam was damaged due to me importing the hard disk it was on to a new desktop).
The only suggestions I can give there are that: check you have a working steam, or if steam doesn't exist on your computer, make sure the steam-related .dll files in the torrent are being preserved (some antivirus suites quarantine and delete them on suspicion of being malware)

Has the game worked after @Chibikika suggestion? Because if the error says it had something with Steam, you probably getting some kind of files mismatch.
Try to 'Force Re-Check' it via torrent, or Delete your files(ofc, via torrent) and reDL it. I am still stuck with WIN10, so I don't know much about WIN11 nor its troubleshooting, unfortunately.
