Just to clarify: DLsite is not taking down the links, they are simply hiding certain tags for western countries because the banks were blocking all their payment methods.
You should be able to see the links if you use a VPN selecting Japan as your location.

IMO it's a negative IQ move, they could've easily added a toggle in account settings to "enable contentious content" and have lolicon be disabled by default. as in you have to opt-in to see loli content.
Also, Shota is completely unaffected lol.
